Numerous opportunities to change positions every two years that keep the job interesting and boost your resume. The product is something to be proud of is a wonderful perk

Cons

Beurocratic policies slow down innovation and stiffle motivation at times. The company has come a long ways, but still has further to go.

Pros

Great people, great brand and benefits. Everyone is happy to be here, people are very friendly and always willing and eager to help. Cultural fit is very important because they want to keep this great environment. It really felt like a family.

Cons

Sometimes resources were limited, but this was something I actually really enjoyed because it gave me the opportunity to step into different areas that I would not have had a chance to see otherwise.
