      Pros

      Great people. Great brand. Great opportunity. Fast paced. Management will listen to all levels. Growing Globally and strengthening core markets. Outreach and customer focus keeps work interesting.

      Cons

      At times too big and slow to change. Departments some times work in isolation and that can create misalignment on projects that impacted multiple departments.

      Pros

      The company has been successful in achieving it's strategic transformation goals to date and aligning it's global IS organization more closely with business strategy and imperatives. The level of professionalism and growth in process maturity is a direct outcome of the change in leadership and corporate culture. This is a culture of high standards in corporate values, personal accountability and continuous improvement, a good fit for those with talent, discipline and a genuine desire for personal development in leadership and career growth. Everyone's contribution is valued and a strong team ethic is the norm.

      Cons

      The work load can and does vary significantly based on project participation, which should be expected in a transforming organization. Must be comfortable working in an environment of some ambiguity and presistent change as the company adapts to the mandates for increasing efficiency and growth in a highly competitive, global marketplace.
