      Pros

      A dream job for many including myself. Atmosphere, passion and compensation are the pluses. There’s togetherness and strong team spirit at many levels.

      Cons

      Consultation and request to HR about upper management doesn’t get through with speed hence some employees leave the company, then they finally follow up.
