-In my case and position there's a lot of travelling but it was clear it would have been this way since the day I've signed contract.

Company values are solid and constant driving force for changes. Benefits are good, especially the employee purchase plans. Work life balance is amazing, nobody expects or pushes each other to spend their weekends unnecessarily in the office.

Still lacking a global mindset in Milwaukee, too much local recruitment and not enough talent in top management, lack of transparency with HR policies/decisions, risk averse
