Pros

Who would stay 8 years in a company that does not fulfill your expectations ? Working with this amazing team, all experts in their field is great. You constantly learn from them and they also learn from you. Since 2014 I never stopped improving my skills thanks the wide range of missions Harmony gave me. Each decision you make have a direct impact on the company which is it's very challenging and rewarding at the same time. The company is taking good care of it's employees so if you think something can improve your working experience there is a good chance you will be heard.

Cons

Being passionate about my work and about Harmony's mission I'm not in the best position to talk about the downsides. Even though some working days can be intense, you have a certain freedom to manage your time so you can let the pressure drop when you need to.
