Pros
I've worked with many startups, and there is always a ton to do and lots of things to learn. It's no different here. What IS different is the autonomy to explore where you fit best, the support to grow fast, and a mission gives a real sense of pride in doing excellent work. Pretty rare in my experience to have all 3 of those and I'm super grateful for that at this point in my career.
Cons
We're all very ambitious and I think that lends itself easily to working hard on lots of things. It's really easy to say "yes" to everything!
