Pros

- You get to work in the fastest growing industry in the world - You get to work with top-level professionals - The work ambiance is second to none - You are accountable for your own actions, you get both responsibility and freedom to operate - You can directly impact on people's lives!

Cons

- Society is still biased towards cannabis sourced products. Therefore, finding the right service providers can be very challenging.

A constant learning experience

Pros

Working at Harmony is a constant learning experience, an ongoing challenge, and a host of exciting tasks: Something natural in growing organizations but especially evident in a team of more than 10 nationalities and with a unique and innovative product. Sincerely, despite having more than 10 years of experience in authority roles and having helped companies to grow, I feel like I have just left the University... There is not a day without learning something very useful, in my area of training and in others originally very alien to my day to day.

Cons

My comment in this section is not properly a "contra"; I particularly do not share the format of "pros and cons"; it is, in fact, a reflection. There are many challenges that this company has today considering the rapid growth it has had and the demanding team that composes it; however, these challenges, I believe, are not half of those that will come in the very near future: Develop markets, make good use of tools, manage their resources well, motivate and train their team, develop new products, create a brand, strengthen values ... I believe that the key, with nuances, is to identify the values that represent us and opt for quality communication, transparent understanding the employee as the first customer.

Pros

I really like my experience at Harmony because the team is very nice to work with, there is a lot of work to do but everyone is passionated and the company is growing very fast. It's a good opportunity for people that wants to learn and progress fast.

Cons

There is a lot of work and sometimes it's a bit too much to do everything correctly.
