      Pros

      Transparency is at it's best. Everything ranging from funding to current spending, customers are shared with employees. The company is Ethical and has an inclusive environment. Recruitment team is pro-active and assist by going above and beyond.

      Cons

      No Cons as such. I have worked for less than a year by now.

      Pros

      excellent work culture , works together like a family , amazing team and management support . Interviews were too smooth and were finished in a day , team was very helpful in making me decide to join harness and on boarding although being virtual due to lock down was very smooth .

      Cons

      Only for people who want to learn and work , not for time pass.
