      Pros

      Its been almost an year since I joined Harness Family in Bangalore. We expanded a lot in last 1 year. The company is following a lot of good practices which is helping employees as well as customers in different ways. We are still developing a lot of cool features, which gives us a great opportunity to contribute to the company in a very good way. The culture is very open, people help each other.

      Cons

      I have not encountered any con as of now.

      Pros

      The pace at which work happens is really amazing to see. Given that everyone around is helpful and there is always a very good scope of learning and improving, I am very impressed by the work culture here at Harness. Teamwork is good and well organized as well as the goals are clear

      - Amazing people to work with, highly knowledgable and helpful. - Emphasis on learning, weekly Learning sessions. - Complete Accountability and Ownership of features. - All the proceedings of the company are absolutely transparent, All hands every fortnight. Approachable Upper management. - A good ecosystem of work and play.
