Pros

- bleeding edge tech (Continuous Delivery, container orchestration, machine learning AI). - blown away by the creativity and scope of Engineering. We integrates with everything and they keep making the product more powerful and easier to use. - I’ve never worked anywhere this dynamic. I would expect that a company moving this fast would be stressful, but the opposite is true. - It’s a very chill place that puts quality of life first. I think that’s just the approach of the founders and it’s been passed down to the company as a whole. - You can do great work without sacrificing your personal life. It’s a lot of fun and I am proud to be here. - As far as startups go, it's a rocket ship. It's exceeding every metric for a company this young and small.

Cons

- it's not for people that like the pace of a large corporation. It's fast and dynamic. Some people might not be at that stage in the careers.

Pros

- People are very approachable and willing to stop what they're doing to help - I really like that there aren't too many meetings, which leaves more time developing skills and shipping features - Everyone is breathing the same energy and you'll hear constant discussions around the product - Engineers are very senior and tons of opportunity to learn and seek mentorship - Monthly massages, weekly happy hour, daily push ups, and foosball - never had an employer so generous in taking care of their employees

Cons

- Getting to understand the product/terminology is tough and takes time for someone not familiar - Expectations are high and times do get fairly stressful, but I'd opt for this over a corporate job. It's been the most challenging and rewarding place I've ever worked
