Pros

Great people, product is received well in the market and a couple are class leading. Compensation structure seems on par with industry. Great “vision” both from solution perspective and GTM, but execution and stability is issue across the board

Cons

Lack of support for many teams to be successful Constant battling internally of direction and shifting focus of the week Product teams are overworked and short staffed Engineering teams are in constant feature release and new product builds but leads to rushed, demo-ware often and causes a lack of focus for GTM. As many reviews have stated, work-life balance has become issue, at the expense of pushing for unrealistic growth targets that have not and likely will not be met.
