StartUp in a StartUp - offering multiple routes to revenue across different products. Each one uniquely postioned on their own, while also providing a platform benefit Talent is Top Class - if you want to learn from, sell with, and develop alongside the best in the business - this is a Home Run! Trajectory is snowballing - growth is consistent YoY with new market opportunities and valuable solutions being added seemingly daily for the customers and sellers

      -No lack of interesting problems to solve, but people and technical. -The technology ranges from interesting to best in class -High caliber colleagues across the orgs -Great product market fit -ICs who make an impact get recognized and promoted

      -You have to work hard and smart, it can burn you out -Not all the technology is great and it can take awhile for that to sink in -Some managers / orgs micromanage and don't trust their people -Organizational politics
