A SaaS business is 24/7 so some on call work is required.

Pros

- One of the best founders/CEO's in the world - Great sales leadership to learn from and drive results - Best technology in our space that customers can really see once we get into sales cycles with them - Very strong Sales Engineering team, many of which were former practitioners in this space.

Cons

- Not really a negative, but the market is rapidly changing and new startups are trying to penetrate this category constantly, so we continue to sell around this highlighting our differentiation and value prop.
