      Good total compensation, bad engineering and work-life balance

      Pros

      Great salary and generous stock options were offered.

      Cons

      Because of tight deadlines code quality was terrible and there were a lot of defects on internal infrastructure. Poor QA automation led to a lot of manual testing. All of that will make you solve a lot of problems you would not have if good code practices were maintained, and a lot of unpaid overtime.
