The sales org, from our CRO to all of our people leaders, are committed to creating a culture where everyone can be their authentic selves, be setup for success and thoroughly enjoy their work. We continue to invest in individual development plans and enablement, and are currently rolling out best-in-class leadership coaching for all of our people managers. We offer one of the industry's most aggressive comp plans and a world-class club trip for top performers. We are also increasing our investment in events, now that travel restrictions have opened up, and hope to bring the org and individual teams together on a regular basis to spend quality time with one another.
