Used to Be a Good Company, Not So Much Nowadays. . .

Pros

Good Titles. The people are very dedicated, skilled, and talented.

Cons

Management seemed to have lost its dedication to its employees. The focus appears to have shifted to the bottom line without regard for structure and the day-to-day operations. As with most companies nowaday, management wants way too much for way too little. There's a revolving door of talent either forced (layoffs) or voluntary.

Pros

Benefits. Compensation. Overtime wasn't necessary.

Cons

Upper management didn't care about us at all. Some don't know/care about name of people under them. Such a shame
