Great to have on resume Great benefits that come with a large company Coworkers are awesome

Cons

Certain departments have no new ideas Favorites get away with anything No incentives for employees to be team players Mid Level Managers lack leadership skills Becoming very corporate and loosing creativity along the way

HCI is great, small team but very closely knitted team. The team's very enthusiastic and lively. We are mainly a young team, vibrant and with a lot of freedom at work. And we have a 5-day office

One of the best companies in trade publishing in India. If one likes to read fiction non fiction the product is excellent. The company has a very good management team
