Pros

New office and good location.

Cons

Working experience depends on which department that you're working in. While working in a celebrated department, I found the atmosphere rather closed, and the opportunities to progress were lacking.

Long working hours, working even from home after work, during weekend. Compensation not per market standards. Other employee benefits non-existent
