Pros

Good pay, great location, nice opportunity to understand how a multinational company works

Cons

Company's enviroment is crazy -- everyone is constantly trying to backstab everyone else. The management is not very competent either.

Pros

Generally nice people, business has a passion for books, there is a good work life balance. Easy to coast along and get on with your job.

Cons

No new ideas lots of talk of innovation but no substance. Outside of editorial team opinion does not matter. Not a consumer centric business.
