Pros

- great benefits -most employees stay for many years - friendly colleagues & coworkers - company has great reputation

Cons

- disorganization within key departments in Nashville office compared to NYC headquarters (i.e. conflicting trainings, conflicting standards/company policies). - the lack of accountability of the publishing teams in Nashville office (Publishers & editors given free passes compared to other publishing houses). -Different rules applied for said leaders.
