Pros

There's a great work/life balance.

Cons

It's incredibly difficult to grow or get promoted. There's a tremendous lack of diversity in upper management.

Pros

A great group of passionate and talented people work at HC. The company offers great flexibility with working remotely as needed. The benefits are pretty good

Cons

The pay structure could use improvement. There have been great strides made for the starting salary, but promotions and salary increases once you are there are not consistent or frequent.
