Pros

Smartest, friendliest colleagues. Passionate, caring, creative.

Cons

Hard to make ends meat in NYC and budget constraints limited promotion opportunities. Though this is typical for all of publishing.

Benefits. Compensation. Overtime wasn't necessary.

Cons

Upper management didn't care about us at all. Some don't know/care about name of people under them. Such a shame

Some very nice people doing interesting work Pretty good work environment No complaints about pay Perks were good (books, movies, food)

Cons

Draconian work agreements a huge turn off to top talent Needs to be more current with technology
