Not sure that there is any.

Cons

They don't promote deserving employees, care more about profits than the people driving the profits, and refuse to raise wages despite records sales. They conscientiously dismantle all support that diverse employees need to stunt them, and have quietly fired great employees, hoping that there would be no backlash. They do not care about your well-being, and workloads are often completely unmanageable, but that's true of the entire industry.
