Pros

- My boss is helpful, supportive and pushes for my growth in the company and my role. - The books I work on a amazing. - We have a union that really fights for us.

Cons

- HC is extremely white. -Our team is very understaffed in my opinion. (But this varies by imprint) -I've witnessed rampant burnout throughout the company (especially for POC staff.)
