Pros

Passionate coworkers who were in an industry that they truly cared about. Benefits start right away and are not bad compared to industry standards.

Cons

Secretive upper management. Low wages. HR is there to protect the company rather than address any employee concerns. Lots of unprofessional drama/politics on a personal level that seeped down to lower level employees. A truly toxic culture that often felt focused on cost cutting measures rather than growth and empowerment of employees.
