Good work environment but easily lost in the shuffle

Pros

3.5 stars rounded up. I’ve heard stories about people who had horrible experiences at Harper but mine generally was very good - my team was super chill and I never felt pressured to compromise my work life balance, and they were very open to feedback/areas to improve. Compensation and benefits are the best I’ve heard of in the industry, mostly due to the fantastic work the union is doing.

Cons

It’s easy to get lost in the shuffle - the departments are very siloed off and the corporate culture is nonexistent. I had to leave because I didn’t see a path for upward growth, but it was by no means an unhealthy environment for me.
