Pros

Some of the most amazing coworkers.

Cons

The people I work with in the day-to-day are wonderful and talented. Upper management, on the other hand, treats employees like numbers. There is a pretty distinctive lack of respect, and the compensation is unfair and inflexible. It is difficult to receive promotions, because even with months of in-advance discussion it is hardly ever "in the budget."
