Pros

Interesting to learn about the publishing industry

Cons

Bureaucratic. Your work isn't valued and colleagues in finance are generally unhappy to be there. Not only do they fail to foster an inclusive environment fit for growth, incompetent managers belittle you and refuse to properly give training. The company itself is riddled with problems. I reported my abusive manager to HR and was gaslighted and was instead to told to "manage up" and that I needed to disclose any medical conditions.
