Pros

Dream job for some since you're able to work in the publishing industry.

Cons

They expect you to do a bunch of work for positions higher than you but you won't get promoted until someone leaves or you've been in that position for 4+ years.

Great people, great relationships, tons of great initiatives, mostly open minds.

Cons

Very disorganized, no continuity, very few processes- most teams have extreme tendency to repeatedly jump from one bright and shiny thing to the next.
