Pros

401K match - thats about it.

Cons

Unhealthy and demoralizing management practices: 1. Racial prejudice: If you are a minority expect to be passover for promotions. 2. Implementing old technology and knowing how to use it. 3. HR posting fake reviews to glassdoor and everywhere else. 4. Introverted, cliquey office culture 5. HR/department head/managers are aware that their employees are being overworked and that OT rules are abused. Your commitment to your job will be constantly questioned. You'll be discouraged from even requesting overtime on the basis that doing so could prevent you from getting promoted. (for real) 6. No outside life. 7. Department managers would rather avoid conflict and force you out than advocate for you. 8. No room for growth. 9.Hard to watch good hard working employees demoralized 10. Lots of unprofessional drama/politics/favoritism 11.
