Pros

Can't really get fired!!! True story - over heard HR saying to managers that they cannot fire the employees. I realized that many of the teams have people that can't perform a lot of tasks (especially our finance teams), yet HR won't allow those employees to be fired. Manager's that acquired a team (not very bright people) where the team or new peoples were barely doing any work. Manager's are probably working 12 hour days, but HR team could care less about work production of the lower employees. There's people in finance, whom barely work and has taken weeks of vacation. I don't even think they come into work on time, let alone do much work. I've also started to be a little more relaxed about duties as HR pretty much allows us to be a little more relaxed. I stay a little late just to show that I'm "working"

Cons

Should be paid more! More vacation days! Not much opportunity to move up (but you get paid to do little work!)
