      1. Great work life balance 2. Opportunities to advance as the company continues to grow 3. Lots of support at the management level for questions and getting acquainted with the role. 4. You can work remotely. 5. There are team socials

      Cons

      1. Haven't really noticed any serious ones yet but I would love if the office is a little closer to downtown 2. Better benefits in public accounting
