      Pros

      The focus has and continues to be growth year over year both through acquisitions and organic growth. I have found the people to be engaging and kind.

      Cons

      Focus on growth and not meeting those goals can lead to less than stellar bonus for those who participate. Low year over year salary increases as compared to inflation is difficult,

      Pros

      For the short duration that I've been with Harris, I can honestly say that I'm impressed. Through the lens of a prior local government employee, Harris' on-boarding process, benefits, and commitment to their core values is a breath of fresh air. Their focus on the development of their business units and employees is tremendous and I look forward to a fruitful career.
