Pros
I really enjoy the flexible (sometimes remote) schedule and friendly, talented employees that I work with. I have enjoyed settling into my new role and feel I am contributing to make our product better in an environment where my opinion matters. Harris's processes make everything smooth.
Cons
There is a TON of domain knowledge that can seem overwhelming at first, but it does get better, and there is a lot of opportunity for growth -- both individually and as a company
