Here is a clear and professional English version: **No flexible hours — they make you believe you can work from 9 to 3, but in reality you’re stuck working a full regular day. There is no consideration or respect when you ask a question, and you receive no real support. Poor management. Unfairness when it comes to benefits — everything suddenly changed after I was hired, even though they sold me a dream during the interview. No career advancement opportunities; they will choose and hire whoever they want without considering you. The salary is terrible compared to the market

I have found that Haris has provided me with everything I need to help me succeed in my time here. The benefits are reasonable for this type of company, the support from managers and corporate has been great and they are always available to assist me in making sure I can perform by job properly (by this I mean they give me support, guidance, and tools without micro managing)
