I have truly enjoyed my first three months with the Harris team and my BU. We work well collaboratively and the team has been very patient with me taking on the challenge of an entirely new industry. I am looking forward to the next three months and well beyond!

Cons

In the first three months there hasn't been anything of note. The team challenges me to learn and push me out of my comfort zone, which I appreciate.
