Harris leadership consists of smart, humble, and caring individuals. Many opportunities for learning and career growth. Several great benefits such as employee stock options.

Cons

Pay is fair but Harris certainly does not over pay, so sometimes we lose good staff to companies willing to overspend for top talent.
