      Pros

      My time at Harris has been an unexpected surprise. After being in the workforce for over 30 years, I was not expecting to land in -easily the best working culture I have experienced. The leadership is approachable, encouraging and fair, leaving me with no choice but to succeed and feel valued. The CIT team is down to earth and helpful right from day one.

      Cons

      None so far. Even during COVID, the team works well.
