      On my first day, everything was well prepared for the start: Computer, login to all the different systems, ... My new boss and the HR team also took a lot of time for a structured and detailed briefing about the company and the job in particular.

      Working from home during the Corona pandemic makes it difficult to get to know colleagues and understand the informal structures at the company.
