I love working for Harris. We work hard during the work day, but work never bleeds over into after hours/weekends/vacations. Our bosses keep the apprised of everything going on the business unit, there are no silos. I work remotely 100 percent and still feel like a valued member of our team even though I’m only in the office one or two weeks a year. Love who I work with and what we do. I get 6 weeks of vacation each year in addition to cell and internet reimbursement. I love our benefits package.

Opportunities to grow, learn and contribute in a meaningful way. The people I work with make each day more fun.

Cons

We've grown faster than our infrastructure can reasonably support at times. This affects my customers and employees and makes us look less professional than we are.
