      Pros

      Harris invests in their staff and staff development. One of our core values is the belief in Empowerment at the point of contact, and Harris truly lives that by giving staff authority and freedom to do what they believe is best. Harris is growing very rapidly (both organic and acquired) which provides tremendous opportunity for advancement

      Cons

      Harris tends to invest in growth more than in amenities. The offices are functional but nothing special.

      - Large customer base of longtime users who provide honest and constructive feedback - Staff genuinely care about customers and want to deliver solutions of value - Organization is dedicated to continuous innovation and thought leadership - Legacy solutions are actively undergoing modernization - Fantastic opportunities for advancement and a dedication to professional development - Fair and competitive compensation plan with decent medical coverage etc - Aggressive but realistic targets/goals supported by attractive reward programs - Great on-boarding and training programs for new hires

      Pros

      Harris really is a great place to work. The core values of the company really are something that are lived by every day and something that I share. This makes it an easy recommendation.

      Cons

      Harris is run as a business and a very successful one. The focus on financial performance can sometimes be seen as a negative factor. In reality the model they have will allow you to be successful and grow if you work hard and take the time to understand it and work within it.
