- Management is fair, balanced and genuine. You get what you put in environment. - Care about the value and quality of work over trivial things like where the work is done (ie, support remote and flexibility for high performing staff) - People want to see each other succeed. - Growing business means tons of opportunities for those that want it.

Cons

I don't have any to share. If you are taking a balanced look at competing employers its hard to beat the overall package at Harris.
