Feeling respected by my boss is one of the main reasons I enjoy working for Harris. I feel like my ideas our appreciated and welcomed. Having flexible working hours are also very nice

Cons

not always having face time with people or other groups. Can be a very virtual environment.

It's very laid back and friendly here. I haven't seen a single necktie and almost everyone wears shorts and t-shirts. Pay is decent for just starting out. Management does their best to ease new hires in and help them contend with the cons listed below.

Cons

Documentation and training materials are severely lacking. You pretty much learn by watching someone else doing something, then doing it yourself.
