Excellent support staff and team unity. My department was friendly and ready to help whenever problems arose. There was little interpersonal drama, and more focus on improving the work.

Cons

Wages were on the lower-end of competitive.

I have found the culture to be very open, collaborative and overall very positive. There is a strong emphasis on corporate values, transparency and willingness to listen to new ideas that I have not experienced in my prior position with another company. The onboarding process was awesome, extremely organized, informative and professional ! Zero issues receiving equipment, access for remote set up and establishing all necessary access. Well done !

Cons

It would be nice/more efficient, to have one universal log in for all required system access instead of multiple log ins and two email accounts.
