      Solid benefits and good time off

      Pros

      This company takes care of you with benefits and salary. Generous vacation package to start with a requirement that you use your vacation each year (that can be looked at as a positive or negative depending on your views).

      Cons

      Harris owns a lot of 'business units' - child companies. So depending on which one you work at, the experience will vary by quite a bit I'm sure.

      Thank you for sharing your thoughts. You are correct Harris has many cultures within cultures. We strive to ensure all our business units live by our values and provide framework and support but autonomy has always been part of what makes us unique.

      Small company feel with big company benefits

      Pros

      Harris has some fantastic processes for onboarding, especially bringing employees on remotely. The people have all been fantastic and they have products you are confident to stand behind.

      Cons

      The only con for me so far is not getting to know people face to face. The plus is Harris has some great tools they use to foster engagement.
