      Pleasant atmosphere, an extraordinary work team. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it. I am very grateful to be working here.

      Cons

      Working from another country there is little chance of meeting people face to face. But today's technologies bridge the gaps and it's like we're in the office together.

      Pros

      Harris promotes many important core values within all of their business units. There are many workshops geared towards making every employee better at their day to day tasks and expanding their knowledge to increase advancement potential. I joined the Harris team when the company I worked for was acquired. The transition was very smooth and improvements were immediately noticeable.

      I do not find any cons associated with working for Harris.
