      Pros

      The company focuses on its 10 Core Values and is carried out daily which are positive for both the client and employees. The work environment is flexible and employees are treated as professionals.

      Cons

      All BUs operate as their own entity and some are small, oftentimes an employee may have to do the work of two people. Not a con to me, but it can lead to burnout.

      Pros

      Strong and supportive Leadership that are looking for growth and innovation. Customer-minded in all processes. Encourage input for projects and products, collaborative environment. IT Solutions for healthcare that I would have given anything to have available at my former place of Employment. So creative and applicable to the current healthcare needs.

      Cons

      I really have no cons at this time. I am learning new things and am being challenged to grow. Still fresh and exciting.

      Plenty of opportunity for advancement Competitive Pay Remote working environment

      Cons

      All Business Units operate separately so spending and staffing are not consistent, some teams are lean and some are staffed appropriately. It can be difficult when changing groups to understand the different operating procedures
