My actual Business Unit is really good, great help from Manager and VP of the Unit, good collaboration from coworkers and human resources. I feel happy and willing to give my best for the team.

- Supported as a whole - Great perks and support schemes - Positive and clear routes for learning and growing

Cons

- The smaller business that sits within Harris feels under-resourced, and as a result, our workload means we never get time to learn or grow further. A lot of firefighting and stressful days make us feel burned out.
