      Low pay and low salary increase

      Pros

      Work from home flexibility is nice. Some decent people work here.

      Cons

      Very low starting pay and low yearly increases (1%). Management and higher up seem to care more about themselves and do not care about the average worker. If you’re not management you’re not going places within the company. The health benefits aren’t great either.

      Pros

      Excellent people-colleagues, managers, directors, VPs, EVPs, etc. Generous Leave Time-helps with work/life balance. Everyone cares from the higher ups all the way down to lower level management.

      Cons

      Pay is somewhat on the lower side-some have 2nd jobs to supplement income.
