Theres quite a few cons... To start they hire good employees however they run them off by micromanaging GROWN people. I'm 39 I do not think I should have to to ask to go to the restroom or even tell someone my every move. They also make these false claims that people have told them, they could exist my guess its fake. Once I had a small technicality with a co-worker we worked it out among ourselves, although later I was told that the LEAD tried to convince my coworker to escalate the situation. I will admit I had attendance issues only because the place literally made me sick all the micromanaging we are grown with families. There is a lot of negativity in the department. They have like 40 people waiting for mammograms while 6 techs sitting eating. and one more thing the icing on the cake the LEAD said she was running a slave ship, I'm not a slave and I didn't appreciate that comment this was heard by another co-worker as well.

Terrible training actually sorry I forgot there is no training. Inexperience managers. Long time employees that are burned out. Disconnection between higher managment and lower managment
